The Institute (LIHM) has Academic / Technical block, Computer Lab, a Ladies Hostel, Boy's Hostel and access to Auditorium block, Play Ground and host of other facilities. All the blocks have been constructed to state-of-the-art technical standards, with equipment and furnishings of high quality. The academic block is having classrooms, kitchens, a student-dining hall, a training restaurant etc. The well-equipped and modern training kitchens, restaurants etc referred to as laboratories provide academic and practical training in real-time conditions.
In addition, there is a well-stocked library and a computer laboratory for basic level computer training at as well as training in the use of Information Technology in Management & Hotel & Restaurant Operations. The academic block has Printing Labs, Electrical Section, Refrigeration Section, Secretarial Labs, Computer Hardware Section & Others. The academic block also has a 5 Star Standard mock room for practical classes in Housekeeping and a Reception Desk for Front Office Training. All the labs are suited to provide Academic and Practical TRaining in real time conditions. All laboratories are well equipped and modern in design. There are also laundry and housekeeping facilities.
The rest of the area has attractive & well maintained landscaping. There are outdoor sports facilities like Football, Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball and Basketball.
